Who works on the system, in which role, at which gate. A role is a set of permissions; an account with history is never deleted — it is deactivated.

A fresh install: your account only, and the three roles ready. Invite the visit coordinators and the gate officers — each gets a link to set his own password.

  1. 1Invite at least one coordinator to register guests.
  2. 2Invite an officer for every gate in service.
  3. 3Review what each role can do before the first shift.
